BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ANALYST – Early StageJoin to apply for the BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ANALYST – Early Stage role at Aims International Italia Società Benefit.Our client is one of the leading international players in the field of innovative patient solutions and healthcare.The company's values are embedded in the organization and foster a positive, dynamic, people-centered work environment that empowers individuals.The Company is committed to developing its strategies by enhancing skills and creating impactful roles.In this phase of business growth, the Corporate Strategy & Finance Department is looking for the position outlined below.Key responsibilitiesIdentifying key targets: Companies, Products, Assets.Focusing on internal and external stakeholders' network (building, expanding, consolidating, updating).Maintaining and regularly updating BD mapping and related platforms/tools.Supporting business case preparation: Economics / PPT, termsheets/contracts understanding.Supporting project & team management: project planning/management, data room management (IN/OUT), due diligence management/coordination (IN/OUT).QualificationsMaster's Degree in Economics or Engineering.Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is an added advantage.3-5 years of related experience in the Pharma Business or Consulting with direct exposure to financial processes, budgeting, planning/forecasting within the pharmaceutical sector.Deep understanding of the Pharma/BioTech competitive arena and evolving market scenarios (competitive landscape, market & pipeline).Ability to understand and actively contribute to the management of a Business Case.Ability to conduct research, analyze data, market trends, and competitor behaviors.Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Leadership & Human SkillsStrong ability to balance strategic and analytical skills with relentless drive on execution.Ability to prioritize and apply critical reasoning.Significant interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative and "can-do" attitude.Ability to build and maximize relationships/networking with cross-functional internal and strategic external stakeholders.Location: RomeWork arrangementSmart working eligible.Relocation allowance provided if necessary.Seniority levelAssociateEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionFinance and Strategy/PlanningIndustriesPharmaceutical ManufacturingBusiness Consulting and Services#J-*****-Ljbffr
