Documentation Specialist Date posted ******* / Location Cernusco sul Naviglio | Italy, Marano di Napoli | Italy, | Italy, Milan | Italy, Rome | Italy Company WorldlineOur daily task in the Data Magagement team is to develop reports in various formats for external and internal stakeholders in card-based payment transactions, to expand the interfaces and to maintain our data management systems.We are a collegial, helpful team with a positive "error culture" that is looking for an open-minded person to join us.We place a great deal of trust and freedom in our employees and expect them to inspire our customers with passion.Core ResponsibilitiesDocument Design and Layout : Developing and managing templates for automated document production using Doc1 or in the future environment similar tools.Quality Assurance, Document Maintenance : Ensuring the accuracy and consistency of the existing documents, and adherence to compliance and branding guidelines.Data Handling and Integration : Utilizing data from various sources to create personalized, customer-centric document communications.Testing :Generating customer / data type-specific testing files and performing end-to-end development testing.Incident handling :Successfully resolving the reported incidents and ad-hoc urgent tasks.Workflow Automation : Implementing and maintaining automated workflows to streamline document creation and document distribution processes.Collaboration and Communication : Working closely with cross-functional business teams, including Project Managers, Product Owners, Business Engineers, and customer service, to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.QualificationsExperience with Doc1 / Engage1 : Hands-on experience in using Doc1 / Engage1 or similar document automation and layout tools is essential .Technical Skills :Knowledge of Windows Server, MS SQL Server, and Unix is advantageous.Programming languages is not strictly necessary, but a flair for computer science is beneficial.Understanding of Data Integration : Familiarity with integrating and managing data within document automation systems.Knowledge of data formats and basic data manipulation techniques.Problem-solving Skills : Strong analytical abilities to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to document design and output.Attention to Detail : High level of accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring that all documents meet quality standards and business requirements.Adaptability and Learning : Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing business needs related to document automation and customer communication.Communication Skills : Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and articulate technical issues and solutions to non-technical stakeholders.Language skills : B2 / C1 level of English, with a willingness to learn German.#J-*****-Ljbffr
