Job ID: ******* | Amazon (China) Holding Company LimitedAmazon.com operates in a global eCommerce environment without boundaries, and operates a diverse set of businesses in nine countries, including Retail, third party marketplaces, eCommerce platforms, web services for developers.The RBS group in Beijing is an integral part of Amazon online product lifecycle and buying operations.The team is designed to ensure Amazon remains competitive in the online retail space with the best price, wide selection and good product information.The team's primary role is to create and enhance retail selection on the worldwide Amazon online catalog.The tasks handled by this group have a direct impact on customer buying decisions and online user experience.Key Job ResponsibilitiesProgram plan and delivery management independently in a dynamic environmentInfluence stakeholders and drive alignment on program priorities, goals and roadmapIdentify new opportunities to initiate sub-programsInfluence upstream teams' priorities and roadmapMake trade-off decisions and understand when and how to elevate appropriatelyDevelop solutions and lead implementationAdvocator and practitioner of using technology to solve business problemMentor junior team/project membersBasic Qualifications3+ years of program or project management experience3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metricsExperience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvementsExperience in complex problem solving and working in a tight schedule environmentExperience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organizationExcellent English and Mandarin Chinese written and verbal communication skillsBachelor's degreeKnowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQLPreferred Qualifications3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience3+ years of driving process improvements experienceExperience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teamsExperience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organizationExperience building processes, project management, and schedulesKnowledge about search engine or experience in product search optimizationAmazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status.#J-*****-Ljbffr
