BASED IN BUCHAREST, ROMANIAFor a Leading Global Group with a multi-billion turnover TRANSEARCH is hiring a Regional Procurement Director for the Europe & Asia Area.ResponsibilitiesReach the Procurement targets set for the assigned Area.Share the Group's Procurement guidelines, procedures and models, ensuring they are correctly applied by the Procurement Managers of the assigned Area.Functionally coordinate the Procurement Managers of the assigned Area to guarantee that processes concerning the procurement of goods, services and subcontractors are correctly structured, and that all targets set with the Corporate department are reached.Collaborate with the Operations and other Competence Line Managers to ensure that all framework agreement conditions are applied and that all procurement plans are implemented.Support and supervise commercial and contractual negotiation activities related to Procurement and/or variations of supplies.Collect and consolidate the needs of the assigned Area into a single plan, analyze the plan in coordination with the Corporate Dept and other Area Competence lines to identify reasons for variations and implement corrective measures.Support the Corporate Procurement Dept in defining Commodity Strategies and enforce approved implementation in the assigned Area.Analyze and solve specific issues connected to the procurement process in the assigned Area.Identify new vendors, supported by Vendor Management, and implement qualification and updating processes for the vendor list, defining ongoing improvement plans.Collaborate with the Business Development & Tender department to collect data needed to study bids and/or project initiatives, and dimension the Procurement structure for the area of responsibility, coordinating with Group HR & Organization for resource selection.RequirementsDegree in Engineering and ***** years of experience in a similar role within multinational contexts.Industrial-sector background.Consolidated experience in budget planning and monitoring activities.Fully proficient in technical and strategic negotiations.Consolidated experience in supply-base selection, development and management activities.Contractual expertise, especially in framework agreements.Attested value and cost analysis skills, and market and benchmarking analysis.Fluent in English.Preferred ExperiencePrevious experience in the European area.Management of International Procurement teams located in different countries.Key SkillsExcellent organizational and decision-making skills.Results-oriented.Excellent communication and relational skills.The search is open to both male and female candidates (Law ********).Interested candidates are requested to send a detailed CV with authorization to process personal data in accordance with current laws and regulations on personal data protection (Article 13 GDPR ********) to the following email address :#J-*****-Ljbffr
