La nostra azienda: NTS, fondata nel ****, è tra i leader in Italia delle software house operanti sul mercato dei sistemi ERP (nonché BI, CRM, SFA, Retail e altri sistemi/soluzioni) per piccole e medie imprese.Le nostre soluzioni sono presenti su oltre ****** aziende, anche tramite una rete di oltre 250 business partner.È Microsoft Certified Partner da oltre 20 anni, ed è sempre attenta agli sviluppi delle esigenze di mercato e della evoluzione della tecnologia.Opera principalmente su piattaforme e servizi Microsoft, (SQL Server, .NET Framework .NET Core, C#/VB.NET).I nuovi progetti vengono realizzati su ambienti nativi Cloud, utilizzando front-end Angular + TypeScript, e back-end Microsoft (C#, entity framework, object-driven model) e numerosi servizi di piattaforma MS-Azure.Ricerchiamo: un Tecnico addetto all'assistenza ERP area amministrativa contabile fiscale e controllo di gestione, appartenente alle categorie protette (art. 1 L. *****) da inserire nel team dedicato ai servizi forniti da NTS ai suoi clienti finali (aziende dirette) Responsabilità del ruolo: Fornire assistenza tecnica on-site, telefonica e tramite ticket ai clienti seguiti direttamente da NTS Informatica Rimini per problematiche software legate all'ERP Gestire l'installazione e gli aggiornamenti del sistema ERP Raccolta requisiti funzionali, analisi e test delle implementazioni necessarie Configurazione parametri dell'ERP e altre customizzazioni applicative (non sviluppo di codice) Formazione degli utenti Qualifiche e competenze richieste: Laurea economia o diploma di scuole superiori ad orientamento tecnico commerciale (ITC\ ITES) con robuste basi di ragioneria e di economia aziendale Conoscenza processi amministrativi/contabili/fiscali Appartenenza alle categorie protette (art. 1 L. *****) Requisiti preferenziali: esperienza di almeno 1 anno nel ruolo di amministrativo/contabile all'interno di un contesto aziendale conoscenza del SW gestionale Business Experience di NTS capacità di lavorare in gruppo attitudine al problem-solving predisposizione al contatto con il cliente Cosa offriamo: inserimento a scopo assuntivo possibilità di smart working secondo regolamento aziendale flessibilità oraria inquadramento e retribuzione commisurati all'esperienza premi in funzione di risultati prefissati (MBO) percorso di formazione e crescita professionale Sede di lavoro: Rimini
