Based in Milan Full-time Senior PositionAbout Us IDA is a leading influencer marketing agency based in Milan.We partner with brands and creators to design authentic, strategic, and high-impact campaigns.Our services include influencer marketing, content strategy, social media, performance marketing, and creative production.We are a young, ambitious, and fast-growing team, driven by innovation, creativity, and measurable results.About the RoleWe are looking for a Senior Sales – Influencer Marketing professional to join our team.You will play a key role in expanding IDA's client portfolio, strengthening relationships with top brands, and driving revenue growth.The ideal candidate has a strong background in influencer marketing, a deep understanding of the creator economy, and a proven track record in B2B sales—especially with marketing departments, brand managers, and media agencies.We're looking for someone strategic, results-oriented, and highly autonomous, who can pitch, negotiate, and close deals with confidence.What You'll Do Business Development & SalesDrive new business opportunities by identifying and approaching prospects in key verticals (fashion, beauty, lifestyle, tech, food, etc.)Lead the entire sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closingBuild and maintain strong relationships with marketing decision-makers and agency partnersPrepare and deliver strategic presentations and commercial proposalsRepresent the agency in calls, meetings, events, and industry gatherings#J-*****-Ljbffr
