Senior Full-Stack Engineer (SvelteKit) - Tech Lead (Remote) We're supporting one of the top Italian HR Tech start-ups that created one of the most advanced scalable platform in the sector.They enable workflow automation to make better decisions using data and AI.The product is already live, growing, and built with long-term scalability in mind.They are now looking to hire a Lead Full-Stack Engineer combining technical leadership with active full-stack development.The candidate must be based in Italy and is able to work fully remotely.What You'll DoTechnical LeadershipOwn system architecture and technical direction.Turn vague requirements into clear, documented solutions.Set and maintain engineering standards.Scale the platform.Full-Stack DevelopmentBuild end-to-end features using SvelteKit, TypeScript, and Node.js.Design and maintain production-grade REST APIs.Optimize performance, databases, and cloud costs.Team & DeliveryMentor a growing team of 5 engineers and support team growth.Infrastructure & AIOwn AWS infrastructure and deployment pipelines.Build and integrate AI-powered features using modern APIs and LLMs.What We're Looking For5+ years of full-stack engineering experience.Experience in a senior or technical leadership role is mandatory.Fluency in English written and oral is mandatory.Strong software engineering fundamentals and architectural thinking.Experience scaling a platform.Comfortable owning features end to end, from frontend to infrastructure.Testing & Security: Modern testing frameworks, secure-by-default practices.Seniority LevelMid-Senior levelEmployment TypeFull-timeJob FunctionInformation Technology and Project ManagementIndustriesSoftware Development, IT System Custom Software Development, and Technical and Vocational Training#J-*****-Ljbffr
