About the RoleYou lead the full biogas portfolio across Tuscany.You guide site teams, drive regional performance and build strong relationships with authorities, landowners and farmers.You act as the senior Plant Manager for the entire Tuscany cluster.What You'll DoLead Plant Managers, engineers and supervisors across multiple sitesMaintain strong relationships with local authorities, institutions and regional partnersEngage landowners and farmers connected to biomass and site operationsOversee KPIs across all plants including yield, output and efficiencyHandle escalations on engineering, operations and maintenanceEnsure full environmental and safety compliance across the regionManage regional budgets and cost efficiencyReview operational data and drive improvement plansMaintain presence across all plants, commuting across Tuscany when requiredWhat You BringDegree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or Environmental EngineeringExperience in biogas or similar industrial plant operationsStrong leadership of technical and multi-site teamsComfortable engaging authorities, landowners and farming partnersFluent Italian and EnglishClear communication, structure and initiativeProcess• HR interview focused on experience and alignment• Technical interview with the Head of Operations
