Taller Marmo is seeking anEcommerce Specialistto join our growing Milan team and oversee the evolution of our Online Boutique – tallermarmo.comWe are looking for a digital professional with at least three years of experience, driven by curiosity, precision, and an entrepreneurial spirit.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about bringing refined craftsmanship to the digital world.Reporting to the Ecommerce Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Finance, Marketing, Logistics, and Productionteams to ensure a seamless and elevated online experience aligned with the brand's vision.Key ResponsibilitiesBoutique ManagementOversee the daily operations of the Online BoutiqueManage product uploads, descriptions, and catalogue accuracyEnsure the right assortment is available at the right timeSupervise site functionality and coordinate with the technical teamOrder & Inventory OversightMonitor orders, payments, and inventory levelsAnticipate restocks and manage supplies to prevent stockoutsCoordinate with Customer Care to ensure timely and thoughtful serviceContent & Creative ProductionOversee the production of e-commerce and editorial shootsCoordinate the creative team involved, including photographers, stylists, and retouchersSupervise and contribute to newslettersEnsure visual consistency and alignment with brand aesthetics across all touchpointsAnalysis & ReportingMonitor and interpret key performance metrics to guide strategic decisionsRequirementsMinimum 3 years of experiencein EcommerceSolid understanding of Shopifyand Google AnalyticsProficient in ExcelFluent in EnglishKnowledge of Illustratoror equivalent software is a plusPersonal QualitiesThoughtful, proactive, and solution-orientedCollaborative with a strong sense of ownershipDetail-driven and able to oversee processes end-to-endActs as a true ambassadorof the Taller Marmo aesthetic and values
