Join to apply for theM&A Associaterole atMegadyne GroupCompanyAmmeraal Beltech and Megadyne, two leaders in the commercial belt sector, joined under single ownership and leadership to create a global leader in belting.A new corporate group umbrella name is AMMEGA.The two strong brands, and their respective business lines of Conveyor and Power Transmission, will remain in the market and continue to build on the leading positions they have established.Job DescriptionM&A AssociateSalary: competitiveLocation: Mathi, ItalyIndustry: Manufacturing, Private EquityBusiness Transformation OfficeTo direct and drive Ammega's transformation and create value, the company set up a Business Transformation Office and M&A Team.This team consists of people with a combination of backgrounds in consulting, private equity, project management and industry.The head of the team reports directly to the CEO and the entire team has significant exposure to the company's Board and to the PE fund, giving the team a lot of leverage.The BTO and M&A team is responsible for continuously developing, initiating and driving value-creation initiatives within Ammega, working closely with key executives to execute these initiatives.Role OverviewAs an M&A Associate within the BTO and M&A team, you will play a pivotal role in driving AMMEGA's inorganic growth strategy.Your responsibilities include end-to-end management of M&A activities: target identification, evaluation, execution, and post-merger integration.You will collaborate closely with senior leadership, regional teams, and external advisors to execute transactions that align with the company's strategic objectives, and may also support broader corporate strategy and business transformation initiatives.Key ActivitiesIdentifying and assessing potential acquisition targets that align with AMMEGA's strategic goalsConducting industry and market research to support the M&A pipelineDeveloping detailed financial models to evaluate investment opportunities, including valuation analyses using various methodologies (DCF, comparable company analysis)Coordinating cross-functional due diligence processes, liaising with internal departments and external advisorsAssisting in drafting investment memos and presentations for executive leadership and the BoardCollaborating with integration teams to develop and implement post-merger integration plans, monitor progress and report on key performance indicatorsProviding analytical support for ad-hoc strategic initiatives as neededConducting market and competitive analyses to inform strategic planningAssisting in the development of strategic plans and business cases for new initiativesEngaging with internal stakeholders across various functions and geographies to ensure alignment on M&A and strategic activitiesMaintaining relationships with external parties, including investment banks, consultants, and legal advisorsPreparing and delivering executive-level presentations and reports to communicate findings, recommendations, and progress on strategic initiativesJob RequirementsBachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; Master/MBA is a plus3–5 years of experience in M&A, corporate development, investment banking, or consultingProficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniquesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and presentation abilitiesFluency in English; additional European languages are advantageousProficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant toolsAbility to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across diverse teamsHigh level of integrity and professionalismAbout UsMegadyne is a member of the AMMEGA Group – a global company located in 40 countries.We value our employees, customers, entrepreneurship and we act in an agile and responsible way.Our mission and continuous improvement culture is the foundation for a strong and sustainable businesses appreciated by our customers.The AMMEGA Group's businesses provide advanced and high-quality belting solutions for 20 different industries including global logistics, food production, fitness equipment, household appliances and energy production.We belong to a global network of over **** employees of Ammega Group.Our employees, being a part of a high-performance organization, develop their careers in a global environment, participate in diverse teams and take advantage of our worldwide expertise in conveyor belting, power transmission, fluid power and business services.AMMEGA's sustainable business approach ensures our teams operate within a safe and stable work environment, with high respect for their professional development and well-being.Seniority LevelMid-Senior levelEmployment TypeFull-timeJob FunctionFinance and SalesIndustriesAutomation Machinery Manufacturing#J-*****-Ljbffr
