Chief Executive Officer at Open Executive Search & Selection - Milan & London |TEDx SpeakerAsManufacturing Manageryou will be responsible for overseeing all production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met.This role involves managing manufacturing processes, optimizing resources, and leading a team to achieve operational targets aligned with company objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesProduction ManagementPlan, organize, and supervise daily manufacturing operations to meet production schedules and quality standards.Monitor workflow and adjust resources to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime.Process ImprovementIdentify opportunities for process optimization and implement lean manufacturing principles.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and improve productivity.Quality & ComplianceEnsure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and health & safety standards.Collaborate with Quality Assurance to maintain product quality and resolve issues promptly.Lead, coach, and develop the manufacturing team to foster a high-performance culture.Manage staffing levels, training, and performance evaluations.Budget & ReportingManage manufacturing budgets and control operational costs.Prepare and present regular reports on production performance, KPIs, and improvement plans.What We Are Looking ForBachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (Master's preferred).Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing leadership roles.Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, process optimization, and safety standards.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionManufacturingFurniture and Home Furnishings ManufacturingGet notified about new Manufacturing Manager jobs inGreater Como Metropolitan Area.#J-*****-Ljbffr
