Welcome to Kanadevia Inova, a global innovation leader in the waste infrastructure space, where we believe in creating a sustainable future through technology and innovation.Transforming Waste into ValueAt Kanadevia Inova, we pride ourselves on being at the forefront of waste-to-X technology.We are not just waste managers; we are creators of value from what communities discard.Your role at Kanadevia Inova directly contributes to turning something once considered useless - waste - into something invaluable: energy, heat, hydrogen, fertilizer, and beyond..Find out more about Kanadevia Inova at DescriptionOur HSE Site Manager actively encourages and leads the KVI and contractor teams to implement and comply with project HSE requirements.Tasks:Develop, implement and update the Site HSE Management System in line with company, Italian and external certification requirementsMonitor compliance with legal requirementsDevelop and apply hazard identification and risk assessment to reduce the risks to ALARPSupport Site Manager on the correct implementation of the Permit to Work systemUndertake incident investigation, reporting, internal inspections and audits of HSE standards on siteEnsure medical examinations (incl. drug and alcohol testing, etc.) of all staff is carried out as appropriateUndertake site HSE inductions and provides regular HSE training / information for new employeesQualifications5+ years' experience at site as HSE leader for Construction / Commissioning in large projectsDegree in HSE or Engineering or an internationally recognized HSE qualification (e.g. NEBOSH, or equivalent)Strong knowledge of Italian HSE regulations and best international practicesFluency in Italian and in EnglishCommunication, training and leadership skillsSound knowledge of Management systems (ISO *****, SCC, ISO *****).Certification as an ISO ***** / ISO ***** auditor would be a plusAdditional InformationResponsible challenge with diversified field of activityTeam-oriented working atmosphere in an international CompanyPersonal development opportunities through own Inova AcademyOpportunity to gain an insight into various technical disciplinesExcellent employment conditionsAttractive working place (central, good transport links)Modern infrastructureFor HR agencies: Please note that we do not accept applications coming from agencies.Thank you.#J-*****-Ljbffr
