We are seeking aJuniper Certified Network Engineerto join our team inMilan.The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring and maintaining secure, scalable and high-performance network infrastructures.You will work closely with cross-functional IT teams to support network optimization, troubleshooting and continuous improvement of enterprise network systems.TasksDesign, implement and maintain enterprise-grade network infrastructure usingJuniper Networkstechnologies (MX, SRX, EX, QFX series).Configure and troubleshootrouting, switching and security policiesin line with business requirements.Ensurenetwork reliability, performance optimization and redundancythrough proactive monitoring and maintenance.Collaborate with IT security teams to implementfirewall, VPN and network segmentationpolicies.Managefirmware updates, patching and device lifecycleusing Junos OS.Performnetwork diagnostics, root-cause analysis and resolve escalated issues.Participate innetwork design reviews, capacity planning and documentation.Work with vendors and service providers for network upgrades and issue resolution.RequirementsBachelor's degreein Computer Science, Telecommunications or a related field.Minimum 35 yearsof hands-on experience in enterprise networking.Preferred:JNCIS / JNCIP (Enterprise Security or Service Provider track).Strong understanding of:Routing protocols:BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, MPLSSwitching technologies:VLANs, STP, LACP, EVPNNetwork security:SRX firewalls, VPNs, IPSec, NATNetwork management tools and monitoring systems:SNMP, SolarWinds, NagiosExperience withJunos Space, Network Director or Mist AIis a plus.Knowledge ofIPv6, QoS and load balancingtechniques.Familiarity withmulti-vendor environments (Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto)is advantageous.Stronganalytical, problem-solving and communicationskills.Fluency in English(Italian language skills are a plus).Milan, Italy – On-site availability required.This is an on-demand task and project, so we can stay in touch with you all the time.Key Skills:Load Balancing, Routing Protocols, Network Administration, Network Engineering, BGP, LAN, Computer Networking, IPsec, OSPF, Cisco ASA, Juniper, MPLS#J-*****-Ljbffr
