And of course, in your ideas to improve lives while preserving our planet's beauty for the generations to come.Main ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the GBU HSE TeamTrain, coach, and mentor site level HSE resources on key requirementsAdvise HSE Manager and Site Managers on potential regulatory gaps and provide assistance on strategy to resolve.Manage consultant interface with sites to ensure efficient use of resources.Collaborate across the organization by participating in subject matter teamsIdentify development opportunities to enhance HSE competenciesCoordinate or participate in assessments and audits.Develop good relationships with colleagues and site to ensure close collaborationPromote a culture of engagement through open communicationEstablish effective networks within the company and with external organizationsInterface with regulatory agencies as needed in consultation with Syensqo LegalProvide technical guidance and support to industrial sitesConduct periodic site visits to assess compliance and performanceRequirementsMaster's degree in STEM disciplines.At least five years' experience as RSPP in a Seveso site.Fluent English, both written and spokenKnowledge of D.Lgs. ******* (Testo Unico sulla Sicurezza).Knowledge of environmental regulations - D.Lgs. ********.Knowledge of D.Lgs ********.Knowledge of UNI EN ISO ***** e UNI EN ISO ***** standards.Experience in managing internal and external auditsTransversal skillsTeamwork, problem solving, flexibility.Leadership and effective communication.Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.Strong organizational and project management skills.Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence, engage and drive change across the organization.Proven ability to communicate and collaborate effectively at all levels, including with external partners.
