Vuoi lavorare nel settore HR?Openjobmetis, ricerca per importante azienda cliente, operante nel settore della customer interaction, un/a Payroll Specialist da inserire nel team Amministrazione Risorse Umane presso la sede di Roma.• Gestione completa del ciclo paghe: raccolta e verifica variabili (presenze, straordinari, malattie, ferie, permessi, maternità, congedi, infortuni); • Coordinamento con studio paghe esterno; • Gestione eventi contrattuali (assunzioni, proroghe, trasformazioni, cessazioni); • Applicazione CCNL Anpit Servizi Ausiliari (CISAL) e TLC; • Supporto a dipendenti e lavoratori somministrati; • Gestione adempimenti contributivi e fiscali (Uniemens, CU, 770, F24, INAIL); • Aggiornamento archivi e predisposizione report su costi del personale.• 2/3 anni di esperienza.Sarà considerato un plus esperienza maturata in studi privati specializzati in consulenza per il lavoro ; • Conoscenza normativa del lavoro e gestione personale diretto e somministrato; • Ottima padronanza di Excel e Office; • Gradita conoscenza software Zucchetti; • Laurea in ambito giuridico, economico o umanistico.• Contratto a tempo indeterminato; • Orario full-time (lun-ven **********); • Retribuzione commisurata all'esperienza del candidato/a.Sede di lavoro : Roma - Boccea L'annuncio è rivolto a tutte le persone, senza distinzione di sesso, in riferimento al D.
