Pramac, part of the world's leading gas generator and third largest diesel generator manufacturer, is looking for aJunior Internal Auditorto join ourHQ Finance department.Job descriptions:We are seeking an highly motivated and talented Internal auditor.The selected candidate will support and overseeInternal Audit activities across the Group's branches, ensuring effectivefinancial controlsand proper execution of accounting processes, while also taking part in a structured training and mentoring program designed to support her/his growth within the role.Responsibilities:• Monitor adherence to accounting policies and internal control procedures in line with Pramac/Generac Group guidelines and standards;• Conduct periodic audits related to SOX controls in coordination with the U.S. audit team;• Review and assess the following financial processes:Account PayablesAccount ReceivablesOrder To CashProcure To Pay• Support quarter-end closing controlling activities and external year-end audits;• Assist with reporting activities.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:• Ability to work autonomously• Strong problem-solving capabilities• Flexibility and capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously• Strong communication skills and ability to maintain clear, professional conversations• Ability to confidently manage a role with high visibility and interact effectively with senior leadership• High attention to detail, confidentiality, and punctualityPreferred Qualifications:• Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field• 1–2 years of experience in similar roles is preferred• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel• Programming language are preferred (VBA, Python, ML)• Strong command of English• Understanding and application of accounting principles• Immediate availabilityWorkplace:Casole d'Elsa (Siena)If you feel you have the right skill set to meet the role then please do not hesitate to contact us.We want to hear from you
