Digital Process Optimization Lead (RFID & Data-driven Operations)If you've worn a pair of glasses, we've already met.We are a global leader in the design, manufacture, and distribution of ophthalmic lenses, frames, and sunglasses.We offer our industry stakeholders in over150 countriesaccess to a global platform of high-quality vision care products (such as the Essilor brand, with Varilux, Crizal, Eyezen, Stellest and Transitions), iconic brands that consumers love (such as Ray-Ban, Oakley, Persol, Oliver Peoples, Vogue Eyewear and Costa), as well as a network that offers consumers high-quality vision care and best-in-class shopping experiences (such as Sunglass Hut, LensCrafters, Salmoiraghi & Viganò and the GrandVision network), and leading e-commerce platforms.Join our global community of over190,000dedicatedemployeesaround the world in driving the transformation of the eyewear and eyecare industry.Your #FutureInSight with EssilorLuxotticaAre you willing to pioneer new frontiers, foster inclusivity and collaboration, embrace agility, ignite passion, and make a positive impact on the world?Join us in redefining the boundaries of what's possible.Your RoleWe are seeking a motivated Digital Process Optimization Lead (DPO-BPI) to join the Business Process Innovation (BPI) team.Our mission is to act as an enabler for operative teams and Subject Matter Experts supporting them with digital tools and data analytics to make quick data-driven decisions, identifying and solving problems before they become critical.He/she will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence, acting as a bridge between business needs and digital solutions, and fostering the integration of scalable digital models across Operations.The successful candidate will contribute to the delivery of digital transformation and process optimization initiatives across manufacturing and business operations, working on initiatives involving RFID and IIoT (Industrial Internet of Things) implementations and data-driven efficiency improvements (design, planning and execution).Main ResponsibilitiesWork with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities and drive business solutions.Tasks include:Understand user needs and help the business to go from an AS IS procedure to a TO BE solution through the implementation of new technologies.Perform site analyses to determine system configurations, processes to be impacted, or on-site obstacles to technology implementation.Perform acceptance testing on newly installed or updated systems.Integrate tags, readers, or software in radio frequency identification device (RFID/NFC) designs.Perform systems analysis, test devices, select appropriate tags and determine placement locations.Ensure achievement of business goals while maintaining control over time and cost constraints, to guarantee Governance and Process harmonization.Support the adoption and change management of digital solutions within operational teams.Coordinate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Logistics, Store excellence, Brand & trade Protection, Quality, R&D, Sourcing, and IT teams to implement new solutions and deliver actionable insights.Main Requirements5+ years of project management experience in Digital Operations, Process Optimization or related fieldsMaster's degree inSTEM(Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, or related).Electronic skills are a plus.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, cross-functional environmentExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsKnowledge of telecommunications technologies.Experience with RFID is a plus.Strong relationship attitude and excellent communication skills.A drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques.Fluent in English (mandatory);
