WHPA Engineering Manager - (Offshore) - Energy, Oil & Gas ProjectJoin to apply for the WHPA Engineering Manager - (Offshore) - Energy, Oil & Gas Project role at Energy Job SearchBe among the first 25 applicantsAbout the jobHill International provides program, project, and construction management services for clients in a range of sectors undertaking major construction projects across the world.Our services include cost engineering and estimating, quality assurance, inspection, scheduling, risk management, and claims avoidance.For more information on Hill, please visit our website at General Description of Role and ResponsibilitiesConceptual and Basic Design to FEED Design Integrity.Preparation of pertinent ITT scope of work, provide technical advice and administrate the engineering contracts.Ensure application of relevant laws and regulations, HSEQ local norms and COMPANY standards.Facilities Engineering planning and monitoring (schedule, WBS, cost and compliance of work to project specifications).Reviewing Design Reviews and EPC / EPIC Contractors Engineering Plan.Identifying and adopting correct engineering and HSEQ standards according to COMPANY standards and local norms and legislation.Managing the engineering team.QualificationsBachelor of Science Degree (B.
