Mechanical & Piping Prefabrication Supervisor (H/F)Informations clésRéférence :SDémarrage :02/02/2026Durée :+6 moisType de contrat :CDIC / FreelanceZone géographique :ItalieDéplacements possibles :Oui, Italie / FranceLangue :Français & Anglais courant, l'Italien est un plusContexte de la missionDans le cadre d'un projet gazier, des skids et une cold box seront fabriqués dans un atelier de sous-traitance basé en Italie.En tant que membre de l'équipe site, le superviseur préfabrication mécanique et tuyauterie est responsable de superviser toutes les activités liées à la fabrication de ces équipements.Il ou elle joue un rôle clé en apportant son expertise technique, en supervisant l'atelier et en coordonnant les inspections avec les inspecteurs internes, externes et les représentants client.MissionsEncadrer et orienter les sous-traitants de construction avec un focus sur la sécurité, la qualité et le planningGérer les interfaces entre disciplines sur site et entre sous-traitantsSuperviser la performance des sous-traitants en conformité avec la documentation technique et le planningCoordonner les activités des sous-traitants via des réunions régulières, suivi des actions et rédaction des comptes rendusÉvaluer la performance et la productivité des sous-traitantsApporter un retour technique basé sur l'expertise métierVérifier l'équipement des sous-traitants et planifier leur mobilisation/démobilisationÉmettre et faire valider les plans d'inspection avant le démarrage des travauxGarantir la conformité des travaux de montage mécanique, installation de skids, tuyauterie et équipements sous pressionRésoudre les problèmes techniques et documentaires en coordination avec les parties prenantesPrendre les actions correctives et préventives en cas de non-conformitéSuivre les documents qualité et s'assurer de la bonne complétude de la documentation as-builtProduire les rapports de suivi d'avancement, y compris les indicateurs clés de performance (KPI), les non-conformités (NCR), les SEWOValider les métrés, les factures et les travaux supplémentairesRédiger les rapports hebdomadaires complets avec projection des coûtsQualificationsExpérience de 10 ans minimum en supervision mécanique et tuyauterie industrielleMaîtrise du montage mécanique et tuyauterie industrielleCompétences en supervision d'équipes et coordination interdisciplinaireBonne compréhension des exigences sécurité et qualité en environnement industrielConnaissance confirmée des normes B31.3 et ASMENiveau avancé sur ExcelCapacité à travailler en autonomie et avec rigueurCertification espaces confinés obligatoireAnglais courant indispensable#J-*****-Ljbffr
