FinOps Specialist - AR, AWS Portal Invoicing GAR (Global Accts Receivable) is looking for a proactive, customer and detail-oriented Portal Invoicing Analyst whose main responsibility will be to manage AWS customer invoice uploads (Global Scope) and customer/portal onboarding on 3rd Party portals.The individual should be responsible to resolve account receivables related queries received from Amazon customers and internal stakeholders.The successful individual is expected to be self-motivated, be a quick learner, have good ownership and earn trust with our customers to facilitate timely customer/portal onboarding queries and meet the BAU targets of invoice uploads, update Zeus tracker and manage SIM ticket within SLA.Key Job ResponsibilitiesUnderstanding of Accounts Receivables and portal invoicing processSupport Portal Invoicing leader in onboarding customer/portal and uploading AWS customer invoices on 3rd party portalsFollow-up with AWS AR collection team via SIM tickets, emails and phone calls to ensure timely Purchase Order Information available for customersDaily productivity of invoice upload needs to be updated on Zeus platform to ensure aging is up to dateCollaborate with various stakeholders (Billing, Finance, Legal, Tax, Customer Service) to resolve customer disputes and queries, to establish and maintain good client relationships, both internally and externallyMonitor high-risk accounts and ensure timely escalation of challenges to managementContinually look at ways to improve the customer experienceAssist in streamlining and improving the accounts receivable process by identifying areas of improvementMeet the monthly productivity goalsReconcile complex accounts and have excellent attention to detailAbout the TeamAWS Portal Invoicing teams at HYD cater to the needs of AWS customers who require their monthly invoices to be submitted via supplier portals that are either self-owned or third party.This is a manual process with the analyst either downloading the invoices and uploading them to the customer-specified portal.Basic Qualifications1+ years of finance experience2+ years of Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable experience2+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experienceKnowledge of standard software including Excel, Access, Oracle, Essbase, SQL and VBA skillsExperience using data to influence business decisionsExperience in corporate finance including budgeting/planning, forecasting and reportingPreferred Qualifications2+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experienceExperience in TM1, Data Warehouse and SQLOur Inclusive CultureOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.If you have a disability and need a workplace accommodation or adjustment during the application and hiring process, including support for the interview or onboarding process, please visit for more information.If the country/region you're applying in isn't listed, please contact your Recruiting Partner.Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status.#J-*****-Ljbffr
