Riportando direttamente al Coordinatore dell'ufficio General Ledger, il Senior Accountant si occuperà di assicurare l'efficacia delle chiusure mensili, riconciliazioni e attività di reportistica finanziaria. Mansioni Predisposizione accurata delle scritture contabili generali Preparazione delle riconciliazioni mensili (infragruppo, ratei, risconti, ecc.) Monitoraggio e registrazione delle immobilizzazioni e dei piani di ammortamento Registrazione dei costi relativi al personale, inclusi stipendi e rettifiche correlate Gestione delle liquidazioni IVA mensili e stesura della dichiarazione IVA annuale Mantenimento dei prospetti contabili e della documentazione di supporto per la revisione Attività di chiusura mensile e annuale. Interfaccia con i team di contabilità fornitori (AP) e contabilità clienti (AR) per garantire la coerenza dei dati nel sistema contabile Supporto in progetti speciali di efficientamento e analisi ad hoc dei richiesti dal management Requisiti Laurea in economia o studi affini Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo di circa 5 anni Ottima utilizzo di Excel Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (plus) Conoscenza del gestionale Navision (plus)
