Overviewit is revolutionising how entrepreneurs start and manage a new business.Our mission is to ensure that anyone launching a new venture is never slowed down by legal, fiscal, or accounting hurdles.Why LexDo.it?We are the leaders in opening a new business online in ItalyA 360° service: legal, tax, and accounting support — all online, all streamlinedAbout the RoleWe're hiring a Chief of Staff – Milan (Hybrid) – Finance & Operations Focus.Reporting to: CEO & Founder.We're looking for a high-trust operator with strong finance instincts, someone who can turn strategy into execution, build financial-operational rigor, and act as the CEO's multiplier across planning, cadence, and cross-functional initiatives.ResponsibilitiesSupport CEO & Finance team with budgeting, cashflow tracking, scenario modelling.Lead 2–3 cross-functional "tiger team" projects each quarter (e.g., Own board-pack narrative, investor communications, and due-diligence data rooms).Qualifications4–8 years in strategy consulting, business operations, investment banking, or product/ops roles in high-growth environments.Proven track record in running cross-functional projects with measurable impact.Strong analytical capability: advanced Excel/G-Sheets, basic SQL/BI, fast modelling and slide-building.Fluency in Italian and English.Experience in legal-tech, fintech, or regulated B2B services.Remote-friendly policy, learning stipend, top-tier MacBook, optional COO mentorship budget.Growth path: operational ownership ? multi-function leadership ?
