For a Medical Devices project in Ventimiglia (Liguria), we are looking for a Site HSE Support professional to work alongside the on-site HSE Senior, supporting day-to-day site HSE activities.Start date: March ****? Duration: 24 monthsLocation: Ventimiglia (Liguria) – on-siteProject scopeNew plant installation within an existing building (currently empty), including site set-up and construction/installation activities.ResponsibilitiesSupport the on-site HSE Senior in the daily HSE management of construction/installation activitiesEnsure compliance with Italian HSE regulations, site rules and project proceduresContribute to the implementation of the HSE Plan, risk assessments and method statementsCarry out site inspections/audits and support the follow-up of corrective actionsSupport permits to work, toolbox talks and safety inductionsMonitor contractors/subcontractors HSE performance and reportingSupport incident/near-miss reporting and investigationsPromote proactive hazard identification and a strong safety culture on siteRequirementsEarly-career (1–3 years) experience in HSE roles in construction / site installation environments..CSE and/or CSP qualification (mandatory)Solid knowledge of Italian HSE regulations and site HSE best practicesExperience supporting contractor management and site HSE activitiesPreferred: exposure to pharma / life sciences projects (GMP environment is a plus)Italian: fluent (mandatory)English: good level (preferred)Contact mail:Pharmatec SRL is an equal opportunity employer.We welcome applications from all qualified individuals, regardless of race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, nationality, or disability.#J-*****-Ljbffr
