Whatwapp is a leading mobile game company in Italy with three major titles, focusing on casual games.The company, comprising around fifty diverse team members, operates in English and supports hybrid work options.Whatwapp is transitioning from a startup to a scale-up, aiming to expand globally and innovate within the gaming industry.We encourage a flat hierarchy, allowing rapid idea execution and learning opportunities directly from our leaders, with a commitment to the personal and professional growth of our employees.We are looking for a new Product Manager to join us and lead a great team.The ideal candidate is hungry for a win, smiles when facing a challenge, and is always ready for another round.Your quest will be to : Have a vision of the product and where you want to take itDefine the product roadmap towards your vision while meeting management goalsExecute against that roadmap – full development cycles, from specification to delivery to make your vision a realityBe hands-on with the team by facilitating the team's requirements and needsBe on top of the game's daily performanceDefine AB tests to validate assumptions and make improvementsWork closely with the data team to understand and guide the performance, economy, and behaviour of your playersManage tasks of different departments : customer support, data, monetization, development, design, QA.Oversee live opsCommunicate with managementTo start playing, you will need : 3 years of product management experience in F2P mobile gamesGood analytical and numerical skillsAgile project management skills and experienceStrong ExcelThe type of player we are looking for : A game loverHungry for a winA careful and detailed plannerData-orientedLeaderEnjoys solving problems and puzzlesUnderstands the meaning of full ownershipCritical thinkerUse critical thinking : don't assume, validate your gut feelingTake ownership and make it happenLove what you do and have fun doing itWork on the problem, not just the symptomsDon't overcomplicate it, keep it simple and effectiveShare ideas to reduce bias and improve resultsPower-ups to have more fun#J-*****-Ljbffr
