deploy training consistent with the strategy.Support the capability roadmaps across Portfolio, Program, and Project Management and activate improvement / maturity plans to advance effective decision making and streamline execution.Training & SupportEnsure day-to-day process support to the IMSC portfolio, program & project management community as well as apply innovative solutions to optimize and continuously mature the capabilities.Develop and execute a training strategy that is lean and effective and supports the global and diverse user base of portfolio processes and tools.Deliver requirements and identify efficiencies to the IMSC business processes and deployment.Qualifications EDUCATIONMinimum of a Bachelor's/University or equivalent degree is required; focused degree preferred in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, or ITRequired EXPERIENCE AND SKILLSMinimum of 6 years of relevant work experienceDeep experience in leading process development, operations, finance, and/or portfolio or project managementDemonstrated experience in leading process capability improvement & optimization including documentation, deployment, training, etc. and collaborating to identify best practicesDemonstrated stakeholder / change management skillsStrong leadership skills including the ability to influence without authority, collaborate across boundaries, negotiate solutions, build a case for change and enroll teams in support of the strategic visionStrong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, and the ability to navigate ambiguityExcellent interpersonal and negotiating skills, with the demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate to reach a desired resultStrong communication to create clear and concise messaging to leadership and the ability to work well in teams, cross-functionally, and with all levels of the global organization, as well as both internally and externallyPreferredKnowledge / deep understanding of Portfolio & Project Management related systems and tools;
