Position SnapshotPermanent contractNestlé Italiana, Assago Headquarter5+ years in performance media and first-party data audience activation (agency or advertiser roles), with proven positive results in ROAS performance and lead generationHave proactive stakeholder management and strong cross-functional collaborationExperience connecting paid media to commerce (retail media networks, e-retailers or marketplaces) is a strong plusProficiency in Italian and EnglishNestlé welcomes people with disabilitiesPosition SummaryWe are looking for a hands-on leader in performance media and operational CX who can turn data into action and action into business impact.You will map, orchestrate and analyse high-performing paid media consumer journeys that are powered by first-party data (consumer and shopper profiles) reaching people in the key moments that matter in their life.You will ensure paid touchpoints work seamlessly with brand plans and owned/earned channels for both acquisition and activation of consumer data.You will:Translate category and brand objectives into first-party data audience paid strategiesPartner with internal marketing teams, media experts, e-commerce and sales to embed CX thinking in every campaign brief, planning, execution and reportingAcquire, activate and optimize data-driven audiences across major platforms (e.g., programmatic such as The Trade Desk, social such as Meta, search such as Google, etc)Build a robust test & learn pipeline (A/B and incrementality) to continuously improve outcomes such as Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and cost per resultExplore new paid environments (e.g., Twitch, Reddit, Pinterest, etc) with clear hypotheses and measurement plansA Day in the Life as a Digital CX Lead (Paid Media Journeys)You will:Map paid media consumer journeys by stage and objective, define channel roles, flighting and creative needs; avoid overlap with owned/earned while ensuring smooth hand-offsAcquire and then activate first-party data audiences, e.g. build lookalikes and retargeting pools in line with GDPR and Nestlé standardsPlan A/B tests (e.g., first-party vs third-party audience performance) with rigorous pre/post campaign analysis to build use cases.Track and report impact on ROAS and cost efficiencies.Partner with Sales and Media teams to connect retail media activations with brand and conversion goals, from audience planning to digital shelf outcomes, to offline sales lift.Work closely with brand/category teams, the internal media function, agency partners and analytics to align strategy, timelines and deliverablesWhat Will Make You SuccessfulHaving already got some great CX experience, you will be able to demonstrate your passion and capability in this space.You will be commercially minded and have excellent communication skills, whilst being able to influence and educate cross functional teams on the CX landscape.You'll also:Have consumer-centric thinkingHave a solid understanding of media platforms, marketing channels and AdTech/MarTech solutionsDemonstrate experience of GDPR compliance, privacy-first tools and data activation platforms such as Data Clean Rooms, Retail media and moreHave a great understanding of CRM, website technologies and digital toolsHave effective analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision makingHave a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and delivering resultsBe proficient in agency and budget management
