For more information, please visit .OverviewAre you about to complete your Master's degree and looking to start a formative internship experience to enhance and develop your skills?OurInternship Programis the right opportunity for youBrightstar, a global leader in the lottery industry, is seeking talented and technology-driven young professionals who want to become part of our organization through a structured Internship Program.The program will allow you to test and grow your capabilities acrossthree different areaswithin ouriLottery Technology team:Project / Program ManagementBusiness System AnalysisProcess Re-engineeringAt the end of the program, interns will have gained knowledge and hands-on experience in project management methodologies, functional analysis of software products, and optimization of organizational processes.ProgramDepending on the academic background of the selected candidate, the internship may be activated in one of the following ways:Undergraduate Students:Acurricular internship, followed by anextracurricular internship, for a total duration ofup to12 months.Recent Graduates:Adirect extracurricular internshipwith a maximum duration of6 months.Throughout the program, interns will be supported by experienced mentors who will guide them through daily challenges.The program includesthree rotationsacross the three functional areas, plus a final period within a team identified by the manager based on the intern's performance and team needs.Activities in Project/program management AreaThe intern will support theProject Management Office (PMO)team in managing the delivery of the iLottery platform for international customers.
