Job SummaryThe Project Manager is responsible for supporting and managing projects related to Commercial packaging projects in addition to supporting manufacturing and packaging Development and Technical Transfer projects in Italy.This includes effective project planning and monitoring, strategic alignment, multidisciplinary internal/external team coordination, process facilitation and communication both internally and externally.The position will require Project Management of multiple technical transfer projects and potentially ANDA/NDA development projects.This will involve working with the R&D, Quality, Regulatory, and Technical Service management and team members to develop appropriate project management systems for an organization undergoing considerable growth.The Project Manager must be able to effectively communicate with internal and external customers, develop project plans (timelines) and ensure the plan is executed on time, complete agendas, meeting minutes and risk registers.The position will require building positive working relationships that span all levels and functions of the organization and will report to the Vice President of Project Management.BenefitsHealth InsurancePension PlanBenefitsCareer growth and internal opportunitiesProduction bonusEmployee Recognition ProgramsResponsibilities And Learning OpportunitiesManages the assigned Adare projects for Pharmaceutical Development, Technical Transfer and Packaging projects via optimal project planning and monitoring as well as coordinates with cross-functional project teams to deliver project results.Leads internal and external (customer) meetings, completes agendas, meeting minutes and project timelines using Adare's Project Management System.Manages internal and external customers expectation and critical development timelines.Tracks and ensures monthly and yearly forecasted revenue targets are being met for assigned projects.Work with the project team to identify associated risks and mitigation plans.Understands signed proposal activities being executed by the project team, identifies out of scope activities, request and review the appropriate Change Order to document new work being executed.Seeks timely progress for actions and resolution to issues.Follows-up on critical action items and alerts all stakeholders of potential roadblocks or delays.Prepares bi-weekly project status reports and other project updates or reviews needed by the organization and presents to upper management.Supports different process initiatives and harmonization to improve pharmaceutical development and technical transfer productivity and performance.Must participate and successfully complete all training as required by the company.Perform other tasks assigned by the PM Director.Required Skills And QualificationsBachelor's Degree in a related field, from a four-year accredited university or collegeExperience in the main business sectors and a minimum of 5 years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry, CDMO experience is preferred but not required.A minimum of 2 years' experience in Project ManagementExperience in Pharmaceutical Packaging, preferably blister packaging.Experience in management of Pharmaceutical Development and Technical Transfer Projects is preferred but not required.Proficient in English and ItalianBeing familiar in Project Management and Risk management approaches and methodologies.A certification in Project Management is preferred, but not mandatory.Excellent interpersonal written and oral communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project and PowerPoint)Ability to coordinate, contribute to and work within cross-functional teams.Excellent organizational skills.Seniority LevelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionProject Management and Information TechnologyIndustriesStaffing and RecruitingEqual Opportunity Employer StatementAdare Pharma is an equal opportunity employer & prohibits unlawful discrimination based on race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression, national origin/ancestry, age, disability, marital & veteran status.Adare is an organization that works daily to break down any gender gap, in the awareness that the full valorization of female talent represents a fundamental element for a greater creation of economic and human value.In Adare both genders are equally represented even in the case of managerial roles.In Adare we have structured a management system useful for the certification of gender equality;
