HOST RESPONSIBILITIESWith over Hospitality experiences worldwide, RH Hospitality continues to expand its distinguished portfolio of Restaurants within Design Galleries globally.Our goal is to blur the line between home and hospitality, creating an integrated experience that engages our guests and immerses them in the RH lifestyle.RH is seeking an engaging, service-minded Host to create an extraordinary first impression for our guests.In this role, you will set the tone for the entire dining experience, welcoming guests with warmth, guiding them through their visit, and upholding the highest standards of hospitality for which RH is known.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, poised, and passionate about creating meaningful connections while delivering seamless, elevated service.Create a warm and inviting environment by providing First Class Service that reflects RH's standards of hospitalityGreet guest promptly and graciously, guide them to their table and ensure their experience begins and ends with exceptional careEnsure a smooth arrival experience by managing reservations, guest flow, and seating arrangements through the restaurant's reservation systemMaintain quality curation and organization of the host stand, coat closet, menu display, and all other dining room areasServe as a brand ambassador by modeling presentation standards, engaging warmly with guests, and maintaining working knowledge of RH's culinary and beverage offeringsPartner with leadership to optimize seating flow, enhance the guest experience, and support overall business performanceOUR REQUIREMENTSYear of related experience in a guest-facing or hospitality-focused roleProfessional proficiency in English, due to the international nature of our business and the need to communicate effectively with global teams and guestsLegal authorization to work in the country of application at the time of hireMeets the minimum legal age required to serve alcohol, work designated shifts, and perform the full scope of role responsibilities in accordance with local labor and safety regulationsFlexibility to work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts as business needs requireCommitment to high standards of personal appearance, including adherence to uniform policies, grooming, and hygiene practices, ensuring a polished and professional presentationPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSFrequent stooping, bending, and reaching, both overhead and below counter heightStanding and walking for extended periods throughout the workday without a seated workstationSafely ascending and descending stairs, with or without carrying food, beverages, or service equipmentVisually navigating dining spaces with variable lighting, including identifying guests, reading reservation screens, monitoring table turns, and observing dining-room activityHearing and responding to verbal communication in an environment characterized by elevated sound and movementUsing wireless audio devices, such as earpieces, to support communication, coordination, and multitasking in a fast-paced restaurant environmentLifting and moving items up to kgs using appropriate equipment and safe handling techniques#J-*****-Ljbffr
