Marketing & Events Associate (Full Time Remote EU)Ikerian AG (formerly RetinAI Medical) is a fast-growing medical device software company headquartered in Bern, Switzerland.Our mission is to enable the right decisions sooner in healthcare, through transformative AI & data management solutions for disease screening and monitoring.Join our diverse team of entrepreneurs, developers, researchers, and commercial experts who are collectively shaping the future of healthcare.We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing & Event Associate to boost our presence at key conferences while driving digital engagement.In this role, you'll handle the logistical organization and execution of events and promote our participation.Event Planning & ExecutionManage conference participation and execution, including vendor coordination, logistics, team support, and hotel bookingsAssist with conference & event requests and ensure efficient organization of materials and activitiesTravel to conferences to assist with event management and product demonstrationsCollaborate with marketing, sales, and business development teams to prepare for events and manage inquiriesEnsure timely and effective internal communication with all stakeholdersHelp coordinate conference agendas and participation with Sales/BD teamsSupport the Marketing team in online event planning initiativesDigital MarketingManage event-related email campaigns and social media promotion to drive attendance and engagement at conferencesSupport social media channels, including content creation, posting, and reporting on LinkedIn and TwitterAssist with content creation for blog posts and educational materialsHelp promote the company's expertise through insightful content and strategic marketing effortsCollaborationWork closely with Marketing and Sales teams to ensure alignment and project deliveryStay organized to meet deadlines and engage all stakeholders effectivelyContribute to team meetings with insights to optimize processes and marketing strategiesRequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field (or equivalent experience)1–3 years experience in marketing and conferences managementTrack record of working efficiently and proactively, with strong organizational skills and ability to drive activities independentlyDemonstrated ability to adapt to changes in the work environment, handle last-minute requests and rush prior to conferencesExcellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skillsEager to work in a fast-paced environment, striving for excellence in everything we do, with a team driven by shaping the future of eye care (Experience in a start-up is a plus)Curiosity and eagerness to learn about digital health, precision medicine and eye careFluent in English, additional languages are a plusBenefitsA chance to be part of an exceptional team driving innovation in healthcareA competitive salary in a supportive work environment that fosters work-life balanceOpportunities for professional growth and development in an international settingA culture of collaboration and inclusion, which is fundamental to our ethosOccasional travel to our HQ in Switzerland, immersing you in our core operations and company cultureWe invite qualified candidates eager to make a difference in healthcare technology to apply#J-*****-Ljbffr
