Per il nostro team di Implementation stiamo ricercando una figura di Application Analyst con esperienza nell'implementazione di software di sistema informativo sanitario presso enti ospedalieri.La posizione è basata su Milano, con modalità di lavoro ibrida.Key Responsibilities:Utilizzerai la tua conoscenza del settore sanitario, del business e dei prodotti InterSystems per garantire l'implementazione dei prodotti InterSystems in modo tempestivo e standardizzato.Rappresenterai, in quanto risorsa esperta del prodotto, un punto di riferimento per i clienti - attraverso la comprensione dei loro processi, lo studio sulla soluzione migliore e la valutazione sulle modalità per implementarla al meglio e nel minor tempo possibile.Guiderai e consiglierai i clienti su come ottenere il massimo beneficio dalla soluzione, minimizzando il lavoro specifico lato customer e collaborando con i vari dipartimenti aziendali.Skills and Qualifications:Precedente esperienza come Application o Configuration Specialist.Eccellenti capacità consultive e comunicative; esperienza nella conduzione di training, workshop e presentazioni per i clienti.Esperienza nell'interazione diretta con i clienti, incluso il personale clinico (medici, infermieri).2+ anni di esperienza nel settore sanitario e una solida comprensione dei workflow clinici in Italia.Esperienza nel collaborare con team multidisciplinari.Esperienza nella redazione di documenti funzionali.Esperienza nella mappatura dei processi aziendali.Laurea in ingegneria biomedica o in ambito clinico.Esperienza nella comunicazione con i principali stakeholder a vari livelli all'interno delle organizzazioni sanitarie, sia pubbliche che private.Padronanza dell'inglese e dell'italiano.Nice-to-have:Esperienza in attività di software testing.Conoscenza dei flussi di lavoro di fatturazione negli ospedali pubblici e privati in Italia.Modalità di lavoro: ibrida La posizione può richiedere trasferte fino a 5gg/settimana.InterSystems Italia is committed to ensuring equal opportunities for all candidates.We believe in fostering an inclusive workplace that respects and promotes diversity, regardless of gender, age, race, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected status.We encourage applications from suitably qualified individuals of all backgrounds, and are dedicated to creating a fair and non-discriminatory recruitment process.
