The companyWe are trusted advisors and interim leaders known for providing practical solutions to the unique problems of companies, investors and government entities.We deliver advisory, business performance improvement and turnaround management services across six continents that help clients act decisively, catapult growth and accelerate results.Young and experienced professionals seek A&M as an employer of choice, consistently ranking us in the market as a top firm globally for diversity, work/life balance, our firm's leadership, benefits, compensation, internal mobility and level of challenge.12,000+ Employees6 Continents40+ Years94 Offices43 CountriesThe RoleWe are seeking a highly analytical and impact-driven Senior Associate who will support and drive Finance Transformation initiatives for our clients.This is a client-facing role, ideal for individuals coming from Transaction Services, Financial Due Diligence, Restructuring, or FP&A roles in consulting.You will play a pivotal role in designing financial models, interpreting data insights, and enabling our clients to build more agile and insight-led finance functions.This is an opportunity to join a dynamic consultancy environment where you will combine strategic finance thinking with hands-on analytical view.ResponsibilitiesLead the development and enhancement of financial models (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) tailored to client transformation needs.Conduct diagnostic reviews and data-driven analysis to identify inefficiencies and improvement levers in client finance operations.Translate financial data into actionable insight using Excel and Power BI for internal and client reporting.Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders—both internally and client-side—to implement finance transformation roadmaps.Support transaction-related projects, including carve-outs, restructurings, and post-merger integration, as relevant.Contribute to proposal development, client presentations, and internal knowledge sharing initiatives.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of finance best practices, digital tools, and industry benchmarks.Requirements3–5 years of relevant experience in a top-tier consultancy firm (Transaction Services, Financial Due Diligence, Restructuring) or in-house in a large corporation's finance team.Strong technical and conceptual understanding of financial statements, cash flow mechanics, and reporting frameworks.Advanced Excel modelling skills: demonstrated ability to build and improve complex financial models.Strong working knowledge of Power BI (or similar BI tools), including dashboard creation and automated reporting.Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous, solution-oriented environments.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to present technical findings to non-technical audiences.Bachelor degree in finance, Business Administration, Economics or related field; advanced degrees or financial certifications considered a plus (e.g., ACA, CFA).What do we offer?The ability to work alongside seasoned consultants on high-impact Finance Transformation projects.Exposure to a broad range of industries and client challenges, with the opportunity to make a tangible difference.A supportive and collaborative culture committed to learning, growth, and long-term career development.Competitive compensation, flexible working opportunities, and access to cutting-edge tools and methodologies.The credibility and network of a trusted consulting brand with an entrepreneurial, hands-on approach.#J-*****-Ljbffr
