constructed using the AWS platform.The ideal candidate will possess customer-facing skills that will allow them to represent Amazon well within a customer's environment and drive discussions with senior personnel within the company, as well as a technical background that enables them to easily interact and give guidance with software developers and architects.They should also have a is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector.The AWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies and believes that world-class support is critical to customer success.AWS Support also partners with a global list of customers that are building mission-critical applications on top of AWS services.Key job responsibilitiesPartner with the sales team to design solutions for customers, drive AWS adoption and revenue.Be an AWS evangelist.Educate customers of all sizes on the value proposition of AWS.Establish credibility & build deep relationships with senior technical individuals within customers to enable them to be cloud advocates.Participate in deep architectural discussions to build confidence and ensure customer success when building new and migrating existing applications, software and services on the AWS platform.Scope each customer engagement, with attention towards clear and well-defined objectives and success criteria.Own each engagement, and help ensure a timely and successful delivery of cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience8+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries experience3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experiencePREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS5+ years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture and networking experienceKnowledge of SAP systems (like SAP Business Suite, S/4HANA, SAP Business Warehouse, SAP HANA, SAP Business Objects, etc.) and their architecture and infrastructure needsExperience
