NielsenIQ works with clients to provide insights, thought leadership and drive business growth through portfolio development.Our team members are experts across categories and are trusted partners by clients.Junior Analyst within the Consumer Panel Service Team contributes to the adoption and application of NIQ Consumer solutions supporting Consultants to profitably grow customer loyalty and drive sales.ResponsibilitiesInteracts with both the CPS Team CPS CAS team and the NIQ Sales Teams.Supports Consultants on elaboration of Analysis and on preparing presentations of insights.Ensures CPS insights and action-oriented solutions are delivered to the Clients by being a CPS expert with an ability to explain methodology behind key analytics to clients.Autonomously interacts with client staff both on basic and advanced CPS client needs.Collaborates with other NielsenIQ teams to provide holistic support to clients.Demonstrates high standards of performance and promotes a strong team environment.Partners with CS Consultants Insights associates and Sales teams.RequirementsStatistics, Economics or Marketing master's degree graduate.Excellent analytical skills, ability to interpret sales and consumer data, confidence and capability for data analyses and interest in dealing with data.Good at providing answers and insights aligned with client requests, generating new and creative ideas.Client-facing and communication/presentation skills to deliver research results to stakeholders on the client side in a clear and consistent manner.Detailed knowledge of all CPS Products and related solutions ability to combine solutions to better fit the business needs.Ability to work independently and coordinate efforts with other associates.Organizational skills: understanding of business priorities, ability to adapt to complex and changing organizations, ability to manage time schedules.Full proficiency in PowerPoint & Excel.6 months to 1 year of experience in FMCG and client dynamics.Italian: Mother Tongue or Fluent written and spoken.English: B1 level or equivalent both written and spoken.What we can offerWork in dynamic environment engaging with local and global companies.Benefits & flexible working hours, hybrid work options.Internal trainings will be provided together with a detailed onboarding agenda.Staff and team events.Employment Type: Full-timeOur commitment to Diversity, Equity and InclusionAt NIQ we are steadfast in our commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace that mirrors the rich diversity of the communities and markets we serve.All employment decisions at NIQ are made without regard to race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy, sexual orientation or gender identity), national origin, age, disability, genetic information, marital status, veteran status or any other characteristic protected by applicable laws.We invite individuals who share our dedication to inclusivity and equity to join us in making a meaningful impact.To learn more about our ongoing efforts in diversity and inclusion please visit the Work :#J-*****-Ljbffr
