Junior Sales Engineer | Linear Technology - Graduate Specialist ProgramAs a Graduate Specialist Program – Junior Sales Engineer Linear Technologies you will join our Sales Team based in Cernusco sul Naviglio (MI).You will take part in a blended training program designed to enhance both your technical know-how and cross-functional competencies (e.g., sales skills, communication, teamwork, business processes).Through a mix of local training and experiences in our international plants and Headquarters, you will gain exposure to the full commercial cycle and develop a solid foundation in customer development and Linear Technologies (LT) solutions.ResponsibilitiesHelp shape the future:Learn how to develop new markets by identifying and approaching customers not yet served.Support the expansion and strengthening of our sales network, contributing to improved competitiveness and business growth in the LT segment.Experience cooperation:Work side-by-side with the local sales team and collaborate with international colleagues and Headquarters, sharing insights and learning best practices.Use creativity and scope for development:Develop your knowledge of market dynamics and customer needs to recommend the most suitable solutions.You will also participate in industry events and trade fairs, where you'll learn to represent the company and explore new business opportunities.QualificationsEducation & Language Skill:University degree or ITS specialization in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related technical field.English proficiency at minimum B1 level, with the ability to interact in written and spoken form with international teams and Headquarter.Organisational Skill:Motivated to achieve measurable results and focused on customer satisfaction.Soft Skill:Strong interpersonal skills and professional communication.Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across internal and external stakeholders.Reliable, proactive, and eager to grow with an entrepreneurial spirit.Curious and passionate about the industrial and technological world.Seniority levelEntry levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionSales and Business DevelopmentIndustriesIndustrial Machinery Manufacturing#J-*****-Ljbffr
