Welcome HomeWould you like to work for a renowned family-run company and a dynamic hotel group that includes more than 30 Falkensteiner Hotels & Residences across Europe?Would you prefer to hear "Welcome Home" instead of finding yourself in a sterile atmosphere?Would you like to actively shape events rather than just go along with the flow?Would you like to soar high instead of standing still?Then Falkensteiner Hotels & Residences is the right place for youWe look forward to welcoming you to our team at Falkensteiner Resort Capo Boi as:SENIOR HOTEL MARKETING MANAGER (m/f/d)Main tasksCreation and implementation of the hotel marketing plan (including preopening activities) managing the hotel marketing budget;Create, maintain and update the Hotel website page with new contents, and events in coordination with the Headquarter Marketing Team;Responsible of the day-by-day content supervision (web site and portals);Support the creation of hotel packages in collaboration with the General Manager and the Headquarter Marketing Team;Develop relations with local partners in order to create and roll out effective local marketing actions to push the Restaurant, Lounge Bar and Spa sales (when open to public);Develop relations to get most of the local attractions and activities such as Golf Clubs, cultural excursions, sports activities, destination highlights.Maintain relations with local media partners in order to communicate events and hotel activities;Creation of in-house communication material in order to push Restaurant, Lounge Bar and Spa additional sales among the hotel guests, including concierge tool;Responsible for hotel shooting (video, content, institutional) in coordination with Headquarter Marketing Team;Supervision of the hotel social media accounts (managed by a Social Media Manager).Support organization of internal events just like group press and influencer trips, press events, bloggers and journalists individual trips;Requirements and qualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Public Relations10+ years of professional experience in the field of marketing, preferably also in the hospitality industryStrength in project management and predisposition towards data analysisGood knowledge of the Italian media landscape and professional connectionsAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, knowledge of Adobe Photoshop a plusStrong communication skills, ability to inspire and influenceCreative and innovative spirit with attention to detailAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentPerfect Italian and very good English, German language and other languages are a plusPlace of work: Falkensteiner Resort Capo Boi – VillasimiusWhat we offerOffice in a 5 star resort in VillasimiusAll-inclusive onboarding at the start of work for a good startCareer and development opportunities in a growing hotel groupOpportunities to help shape a dynamic working environmentDiverse training and further education opportunities in our own Falkensteiner Academy and our own management academyEnjoy your vacation in the best hotels with us at attractive conditionsWorking Hours(40 hours per week) generally Monday to Friday, flexibility requested.Since many events and activities can take place throughout the whole week, it may also happen to work during weekends.If you have any questions, please contact us by e-mail.Please apply exclusively via the "Apply" button.We look forward to receiving your applicationTake a look at your future workplace: Alessandra Niada, Head of Marketing Italy - E-mail#J-*****-Ljbffr
