Overview Ingenn è la società di Head Hunting unicamente focalizzata nella ricerca e selezione di profili tecnici e ingegneri.The PartnerRicerchiamo un/a Project Specialist Leader per un'importante società leader nel settore dell'ingegneria, delle costruzioni e dello sviluppo di progetti multidisciplinari.La risorsa sarà inserita nel team di Ingegneria, riportando al Discipline Leader e funzionalmente al Project Engineer di commessa.Il ruolo prevede la gestione tecnica e il coordinamento dell'ingegneria IC&T (Instrumentation, Control & Telecom) per progetti EPC nei settori Oil&Gas, Power e Green Energy.The RoleGarantire la qualità tecnica, il rispetto delle tempistiche e la conformità normativa, coordinando le risorse interne ed esterne;Elaborare soluzioni di Value Engineering costo-efficaci, garantendo funzionalità e affidabilità a lungo termine dell'impianto;Definire la lista documenti e la pianificazione delle attività IC&T, gestendo le interdipendenze con altre discipline e monitorando l'avanzamento;Redigere le richieste di acquisto (MR) su sistema ERP, supportare le gare d'appalto e gestire il vendor follow-up (revisione documentale, ispezioni e test specialistici);Monitorare i costi diretti e le ore di ingegneria della disciplina, utilizzando tecniche di controllo (es. metodo "Earned Value") e segnalando scostamenti dal budget al Project Engineer;Partecipare ai meeting con clienti e fornitori, fornire supporto tecnico alle fasi di costruzione/commissioning e collaborare con l'ufficio offerte;Acquisire le lessons learnt (anche tramite visite in cantiere) e proporre l'adozione di nuove tecnologie (es. AI) per ottimizzare i processi;Job RequirementsMandatory skills:Laurea in Ingegneria (Automazione, Elettronica, Telecomunicazioni o Elettrica);Almeno 4 anni di comprovata esperienza in progetti EPC (Oil&Gas, Power o Green Energy) di significativo valore economico, idealmente su progetti Green Field o Brown Field;Approfondita conoscenza di DCS, SIS/ESD, PLC, sistemi Fire & Gas e Telecomunicazioni;Padronanza dei codici e standard internazionali (es. IEC, ISA, API);Capacità di lettura di disegni tecnici complessi (P&ID, schematici, isometrici);Costituisce titolo preferenziale la conoscenza di AVEVA E3D e della metodologia BIM;Interesse verso l'applicazione di tecnologie di Intelligenza Artificiale (AI) nell'ingegneria;Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.Other InfoLocationLocation:Pesaro.Possibili trasferte occasionali in Italia o estero.#J-*****-Ljbffr
