ABOUT THE JOBReporting to the General Manager, you oversee the daily operations of the Front Office (Reception, Concierge, and Reservations) and are responsible for ensuring a seamless and memorable guest experience throughout their stay. As a true ambassador of Experimental, you embody the brand's standards of excellence and contribute to guest satisfaction, and overall service quality. In this role, you will be responsible for:Operational SupervisionOversee the smooth daily running of all Front Office operations, in close collaboration with the General Manager and F&, B ManagerEnsure effective communication between all hotel departments and external partners, including the outsourced housekeeping serviceWelcome guests warmly, anticipate their needs, and ensure a personalized, memorable experienceRepresent the hotel and the Experimental spirit through exceptional service, discretion, and professionalismGuarantee compliance with health, safety, and operational standardsGuest Experience &, RelationsEnsure all services meet the brand's standards of quality and consistencyHandle guest feedback and complaints with tact, empathy, and efficiencyMonitor guest reviews across platforms, analyze results, and implement improvement actionsFoster guest loyalty and contribute to the reputation and visibility of the propertyFinancial &, Administrative ManagementOptimize the operational efficiency and cost management of the Front OfficeSupport the GM and Revenue team in monitoring key performance indicators (occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, upselling, etc.)Supervise ordering, inventories, and supplier relationships related to your departmentsTeam Leadership &, Human RessourcesRecruit, train, and develop Front Office team members to maintain high service standardsOrganize schedules according to business needs and seasonalityPromote a positive and motivating work environment that encourages engagement and long-term retentionCross-Department CollaborationWork closely with the Commercial and Marketing teams to support the hotel's revenue and guest experience strategyCoordinate with outsourced service providers (especially housekeeping) to ensure operational excellence and service continuityABOUT YOUYou are a passionate hospitality professional with a natural sense of service and attention to detail.
