Environmental Resources Management (ERM) is seeking an experienced Plant Protection Regulatory Affairs professional to join us as a Project Manager in Southern Europe.This is a great opportunity to join a global consultancy with a strong track record of advising clients in the chemical sector, with a focus on agrochemicals, biocides and REACH, to help them navigate the complexities of the EU regulatory environment.You may find out more about our service offers here:ERM has enduring values and our colleagues take accountabilities, are client focused, and collaborate with colleagues across geographies.If you share our values, believe in sustainability and are motivated by opportunities to work with colleagues of the highest calibre on challenging projects, ERM is the ideal employer for you.We offer great opportunities for both early career and experienced professionals to work in a collaborative environment and we provide structured trainings and internal workshops to continue to support our consultant's professional development as we continue to expand our team in the areas of toxicology, ecotoxicology, regulatory affairs, environmental fate and residues.ERM also offers flexible hybrid working.Role responsibilitiesThe Regulatory Affairs Project Manager work closely with clients to develop robust regulatory strategies to help ensure project success.He/she will manage all aspects of the regulatory process for active substances and formulations with a focus on biological control registrations.Working closely with technical experts, he/she will conduct thorough regulatory reviews to ensure the highest quality.Other responsibilities include (not limited to):Actively involved with the preparation of dossiers and co-ordinate projects, including setting up of projects, client liaison and on-time delivery of work to clients and meeting regulatory deadlinesProvide guidance on EU regulations specific to biological control agents (e.g., macroorganisms, microbial biopesticides, and natural products) and conventional plant protection productsDefine actions and identify and utilize resources to achieve project tasks or objectives;
