We are a community of visionary innovators dedicated to providing pioneering software and consultancy services to financial institutions, trading firms, central banks, governments and corporations around the world.We strive to simplify the way people work by providing workflow and process automation software and real-time data and business intelligence to help people make better decisions.We are a global organization with 13,000 employees, 80 offices and serve over 4,800 customers worldwide.ResponsibilitiesEnsure accurate general ledger accounting in compliance with national and international accounting standards (OIC/IFRS).Manage periodic tax obligations (VAT, corporate income tax, withholding tax, tax returns).Support the preparation of statutory and consolidated financial statements.Assist in monthly, quarterly and annual closing activities.Monitor changes in tax and accounting regulations and assess their impact on the company.Manage relationships with external consultants, auditors and tax authorities.Collaborate with the Finance team and other departments to ensure proper application of tax regulations across business processes.Contribute to the improvement of accounting and tax processes including ERP system optimisation.Contribute to managing accounting aspects related to HR management.Other dutiesYou may be asked to support additional finance-related tasks as the role evolves.Qualifications & ExperienceMaster's degree in Accounting and Finance (preferably with honours).35 years of experience in accounting and tax, preferably in structured environments or consulting firms (Big 4).In-depth knowledge of Italian accounting principles (OIC) and international standards (IFRS).Strong understanding of Italian tax regulations.Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred).Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools.Accuracy, analytical skills and attention to detail.Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.Fluency in Italian and good knowledge of English.Availability to travel weekly to the company location in Emilia-Romagna.What we offerPermanent employment contract.LocationMilan, Emilia-Romagna (company location); frequent travel required.According to Italian Law L.*****, candidates from the disability list will be given priority.We may use artificial intelligence tools to support parts of the hiring process.This does not replace human judgment; final hiring decisions are made by humans.For more information about data processing, please contact us.#J-*****-Ljbffr
