Company and Role Summary Discoup.com is one of the leading platforms for online shopping incentives, allowing millions of users to save money every day through discount codes and exclusive offers.We are a high-growth company, scaling rapidly across our three bases (Vicenza Italy, Madrid Spain, New York, USA).Our network is active across seven countries: Italy, Spain, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, the United States, and Brazil.We collaborate with thousands of merchants, investors, advertisers, agencies and performance marketing networks to bring the best value to our users.This Project Manager role is a cross-functional position that blends technical understanding with strong organizational skills.To support our growth and strengthen our Engineering function, we are seeking a highly motivated individual who will serve as the main point of coordination for all engineering projects across the organization.You will work closely with our Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to build and scale project management frameworks, streamline delivery processes, and ensure alignment between technical execution and business goals.This role is fully remote with residency in eitherItaly or Spain , with occasional travel to our headquarters, and requires close collaboration with our Engineering team to drive successful outcomes and continuous improvement across projects.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & DeliveryLead the operational management of development projects, including website, app, browser extension, API, and white-label initiativesOversee the entire project lifecycle—from scoping and requirements gathering to delivery and post-launch optimizationDevelop and maintain project roadmaps, ensuring milestones are well-defined, achievable, and aligned with business prioritiesManage sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and daily coordination across Engineering, UX, and Data teamsExecution & Operational ExcellenceMonitor timelines, priorities, and resource allocation to ensure deliverables are completed on time and within scopeEstablish efficient communication flows between technical teams, management, and stakeholdersSupport the definition and refinement of release processes, documentation standards, and QA checkpointsIdentify bottlenecks or risks early and propose practical mitigation strategies to maintain momentumCollaboration & Cross-Functional AlignmentServe as the bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating business objectives into actionable technical plansWork closely with the CTO to align project priorities with long-term technology strategy and scalability goalsFacilitate collaboration between Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Operations to ensure smooth execution of initiativesPromote a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement within the project teamsPerformance & Process OptimizationTrack and report on project KPIs, including velocity, delivery timelines, and quality metricsContinuously evaluate workflows and suggest process improvements to increase efficiency and team productivityLeverage project management tools (e.g., ClickUp) to maintain clear visibility of progress and dependenciesSupport the definition of documentation standards, knowledge-sharing systems, and best practices across teamsQualifications3+ years of experience managing technology or digital development projects (web, app, API, or platform)Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional communication across technical teamsSolid grasp of technical concepts such as integrations, release cycles, and system architectureProficiency with project management tools (ClickUp is our project management tool)Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a proactive, results-oriented mindsetComfortable operating independently in a fast-paced, fully remote environmentFluency in Italian (C2) and English (C1 or higher) is requiredWhy Join Discoup?Unlimited contract with competitive compensation (based on experience)An energetic, driven results-oriented environment with over 40 professionals including developers, marketers, affiliates, and analystsProfessional growth opportunities in a rapidly expanding international project#J-*****-Ljbffr
