Global Product Manager

Your roleWe are seeking a dynamic Global Product Manager to lead the growth and evolution of our software offering—a critical element of our strategic roadmap toward smart manufacturing and Industry 4.0.In this strategic role, you will own the full lifecycle of our software products, from vision and development to launch and customer success.You'll collaborate globally to shape solutions that deliver real customer value, drive revenue and margin growth, and support Atlas Copco's long-term market leadership.You will report directly to the Global Marketing Manager and work as part of the Product Marketing team within the Atlas Copco BLM Product Company.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct ManagementDevelop and maintain a strategic vision for the software portfolio, guiding the product roadmap and long-term developmentOwn and manage the software product portfolio with a focus on sustainable, profitable growthDefine product features and development priorities in collaboration with Customer Centers and R&DWork closely with engineering, technical support, and quality teams to ensure customer satisfactionAnalyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform product strategy and innovationLead successful product launches, coordinating cross-functional teams across the organizationBusiness DevelopmentIdentify and map the full growth potential of the software portfolio; develop and execute strategies to unlock new market opportunitiesEstablish and articulate a clear value structure, collaborating across teams to position software effectively alongside hardware offeringsAct as a key interface with Customer Centers and other global marketing teams to align commercial strategiesBuild and activate a strong global network of product promoters and champions to support portfolio expansionDigital Marketing & Competence DevelopmentDevelop and execute global go-to-market plans, with a strong focus on digital campaigns, online presence, and content marketingCreate and distribute marketing materials, application references, and competitor analysesConduct training sessions, seminars, and workshops to enhance internal and external competence in product positioning and usageSupport Customer Centers and partners through targeted communications and enablement toolsNote: This position involves extensive international travel.To succeed, you will needExperience & CompetenciesMinimum 3 years of experience in product marketing, product management, or business developmentDemonstrated success in product launches and building value-driven marketing propositionsStrong understanding of customer business challenges and the ability to translate them into software solutionsExperience with digital marketing and campaign content creationExcellent relationship-building, communication, and presentation skillsFluent in English; additional languages are a plusTechnical expertise in software, especially in: Cybersecurity, Network communication, OPC-UA protocols, SaaS models, License managementFamiliarity with tightening assembly processes, Quality Assurance, or Manual Tightening—especially in the automotive industry—is a strong advantageEducationBachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related fieldFluency in English is essential;
