TotalEnergies has been present in Italy for over 70 years.Its activities encompass the entire energy sector, operating through various Business Units spread across the country.TotalEnergies Italia Servizi is the subsidiary that provides tailored professional services to all Business Units in Italy, ensuring professionalism, sustainability, and progress.At TotalEnergies, we invest in people and in developing their talent.We consider safety, health, and respect for human rights our priorities.Hence, we are committed to ensuring a safe, inclusive, and innovative professional environment where collaboration and listening are part of our model.We place people at the center, ensuring a balance between work and private life, promoting flexibility and well-being, company welfare, meal vouchers, within a culture that celebrates success and shares moments of conviviality.TotalEnergies will review the received applications, giving care and attention to the values of Diversity and Inclusion.APPRENTICESHIP CONTRACTIn the role of Junior Contract Engineer, you will assist the Contracts & Procurement team while gaining exposure to industry-leading procurement practices and tools in the Oil & Gas industry.This position offers structured training on standard contracts along with practical experience in tendering process, negotiation and compliance practices.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in preparing and updating supplier lists and call for tender dossiers.Support tendering activities: pre-qualification of bidders, drafting invitations to bid, and collecting documentation.Collaborate with senior engineers in bid analysis, negotiation, and award recommendations.Help ensure compliance with company standards, HSE requirements, and applicable legislation.Participate in reporting activities and maintain contract and supplier databases.Contribute to market studies and category local strategies.Join periodic site visits in Basilicata to support contract activities and gain field experience.Recent graduate in Management Engineering or related field.Strong interest in contracts, procurement, and Oil & Gas industry.Previous experience in procurement is preferred.Good organizational and analytical skills; ability to learn quickly.Proficiency in MS Office; basic knowledge of SAP is a plus.Effective communication and teamwork skills.#J-*****-Ljbffr
