all positionsJob DetailsLocationsItaly/Lombardia/Lomazzo BrandZegna Contract typePermanent Job JOB FUNCTIONCorporate and Staff Functions/Information Technology IT Oracle EPM Senior Business AnalystWhy Join UsThe Ermenegildo Zegna Group is one of Italy's most famous family driven enterprises and a world leader in luxury menswear.Founded in ****, Zegna is deeply grounded in history and craftsmanship, yet always at the forefront of contemporary innovation and style.We are pioneers who embrace change, take ownership of our actions and work to create the world we want.With over 500 points of sale and 7,000 employees worldwide, we're as proud of our people as our products and look for others that share our passion and commitment to excellence and authenticity.Your OpportunityLocation: Lomazzo (CO), 50% SmartworkingOR Stabio (Ticino), 20% SmartworkingThe IT Oracle EPM Senior Business Analyst, member of the Planning and Consolidation application development team, will focus his/her responsibilities on the analysis, creation and implementation of new evolutionary functions of the system, acting as an intermediary between the Business and the technical team, including the suppliers of external services.S/he will contribute to supporting the project team in the analysis, design and implementation phases of the various project initiatives with a focus on financial planning issues and consolidated based on specific business processes and local requirements, guiding the integration of new processes with existing IT architectures and identifying solutions compliant with the company standard.S/he will be an active participant in guiding internal clients in change management processes, as Process Analyst, Business Case Analyst, Change Analyst, Communication Analyst, Training Analyst.How will You contribute- Technical support on the functional applications of planning and consolidated tools and resolution of related problems- Implementation of the evolutions of the planning and consolidated tool system and/or coordination of supplier activities in the development and evolutionary maintenance phases of the application solutions- Drafting of the technical specifications necessary for the evolution and maintenance of the planning and consolidated tool system- Definition of the technical requirements of the system and management of the interfaces between planning and consolidated tools and legacy systems- Support to users in the testing and training phases for the start-up and use of new features and new applications- Management of relationships with internal customersWho you areYou are a senior professional with solid Project Management skills, ability to work in a team, good interpersonal and negotiation skills, proactivity and ability to propose new solutions.You have:- Degree in Economics/Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent knowledge/experience- At least 7 years of experience in similar roles in the IT function of structured companies and/or consultancy companies- Knowledge of Oracle Enterprice Performance Management system (Hyperion)- Knowledge of financial planning processes- Fluency in spoken and written English- Fluency in spoken and written Italian- Availability to travel
