Bologna team.Whether you are taking your first step into project management or you are an experienced professional looking for a new challenge, we are interested in meeting you.This role is central to our operations: you will lead complex, multi-stakeholder engagements and ensure that our projects are delivered with excellence — on time, on budget, and beyond expectations.This is not a traditional project management position.You will act as a strategic partner to our clients, work at the intersection ofbusiness strategy and technology, and play a key role in shaping how ARAD evolves its methodologies for the AI era.Responsibilities:Lead projects end-to-end, from initial scoping through to final delivery, ensuring quality, timelines, and client satisfactionCoordinate cross-functional teams and manage relationships with senior client stakeholdersIntegrate AI-powered tools and workflows into project execution to enhance efficiency and depth of analysisCollaborate with technology partners to bring innovative solutions to our clientsMonitor project economics, including budgets, margins, and resource allocationContribute to the continuous improvement of our project management frameworksSupport business development efforts, including proposal preparation and client expansion initiativesRequirements:At least 2+ years of experience in consulting, digital agencies, or complex project environmentsProven ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders with clarity and composureGenuine interest intechnology and artificial intelligenceand their application in business contextsComfortable working with technical teams and translating between business needs and tech solutionsStrong commercial awareness — you understand that excellent delivery must also be sustainableExceptional communication skills in both Italian and EnglishBased in Bologna or willing to relocate, with flexibility for hybrid workingBackground in retail, e-commerce, or omnichannel projectsProfessional certifications (Agile, PMP, Scrum, Design Thinking)Hands-on exposure to AI tools, digital platforms, or technology implementation projectsInternational experience — whether
