Lead Training Specialist

OverviewWould you like to be involved in bringing innovative products to market?Do you want to be a part of a successful team?Collaborate with others to build the best solutions for our business.Our Industrial & Energy Technology Business Segment provides industry-leading products and services that optimize the production and processing of energy.We help a diverse range of customers across the value chain to reduce operating costs and improve productivity.Working on large scale projects with cutting-edge technology we constantly improve and innovate.Partner with the bestManufacturing Lead Training Specialist will track Globally Manufacturing Engineers (ME) Competencies, assuring the improvement of MEs domain knowledge in the direction of Standardization and Exceptional and flawless execution to fulfill and exceed customer expectations.He will assure continuous growth of the MEs learning curve, developing planning and tracking the execution of new Technical courses based on technology and business needs.ResponsibilitiesEngage periodically with Manufacturing Business teams to assess new learning needs, identify competency gaps and keep competency programs up to date.Track competency progress of development plans and completion of classroom on-the-job training and online courses.Conduct follow-up communication with client groups to determine learning effectiveness and reinforce training.Support the development of a new Competency Matrix for ME with CDMP Methodology.Coordinate the Energy Valley Program, ensuring flawless execution.Support maintaining the existing competency matrix aligned to new technologies.Develop technical trainings locally in the regions with service providers or university partners.Be responsible for logistical planning and communication of the training to the entire ME population, including monitoring and uploading training credits to the learning management system.Support MEs synergies through the BSPs based on ME segmentation.QualificationsMaster's degree in Engineering from an accredited university.Technical background in Engineering, Manufacturing Field Services Activities or Supplier Quality Management.At least 4–5 years.At least 3 years experience in learning management roles.CDMP design methodology knowledge.Strong problem-solving, coaching and solutions competency.Experience leading matrix or cross-functional teams with project management and facilitation skills.Global mindset.Strong data management competency and relevant software and application skills.Good quantitative and analytical skills.Leadership facilitation and interpersonal skills.Fluency in English.Desired CharacteristicsGreen belt certified.Demonstrated ability to excel in all customer service areas.Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.BenefitsWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone.This role offers flexible working patterns: flexible hours, enabling you to work when you are most productive.Working with us, we put our people at the heart of what we do.We invest in health and well-being, train and reward talent and develop leaders at all levels.Working for you, we reward those who embrace change with a package that reflects your value: contemporary work-life balance policies and wellbeing activities; comprehensive private medical care options; safety net of life insurance and disability programs; tailored financial programs; additional elected or voluntary benefits.#J-*****-Ljbffr
