Do you want to build a better future?About Enfinity GlobalEnfinity Global is a purpose-driven company focused on making a positive impact on the planet by helping companies, governments, and individuals transition to a carbon-free and sustainable economy.Our role as a leading IPP is to develop, finance, build, operate, and own renewable energy assets in the long term in Europe, Asia, and the Americas through our offices in the USA, Spain, Italy, UK, Netherlands, India, and Japan.Our team of over 400 Enfiniters comprises seasoned finance professionals, as well as experienced project developers and operators with extensive industry experience across all stages of the project life cycle.We pride ourselves on being creative and innovative solution providers to our customers and partners.Job Description:We are looking for a motivated professional with 1–3 years of experience in energy markets to join our team in Rome.The role focuses on managing and optimizing our energy contract portfolio, including Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), Guarantees of Origin (GOs), and merchant market strategies.You will support the execution of energy sales strategies and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and process efficiency.This is a hands-on role suited for candidates who already have a working knowledge of energy contracts and market dynamics.Responsibility/Duties:Monitor the evolution of national and European regulatory frameworks, identifying opportunities to enhance the value of produced energy through new instruments or incentive mechanismsCollaborate with internal teams (Regulatory, Legal, Business Development) to analyze the impact of emerging regulations and contribute to the definition of positioning strategiesPrepare and structure the contractual documentation required for participation in market or regulatory mechanisms (e.g., auctions, contracts for difference, capacity support mechanisms, etc.)Support the optimization of the merchant component of the plants through market analysis and identification of new commercial opportunitiesCollaborate with other company teams to provide support in managing activities related to due diligence processes or requests from banks in the context of financing operationsQualifications:1–3 years of experience in the energy sector or related fieldsBasic knowledge of the main contractual instruments in the electricity sector (PPA, GO, route-to-market)Strong analytical and organizational skillsProactivity, autonomy, and collaborative spiritGood command of Microsoft OfficeGood knowledge of English (Spanish is a plus)In Enfinity Global group you will find a very dynamic and multinational environment in one of the most exciting and impactful industries.Here we will foster your professional and personal growth, and you will have the opportunity to actively contribute and make a real impact on climate change.Let's build our future together.Visit to discover more about our culture and values.
