Section Manager Nord Italia - Heating (Rif. *****)Il nostro Cliente è una multinazionale operante nel settore HVAC , per la business unit Heating Residenziale stiamo ricercando in ottica di potenziamento della struttura commerciale tecnica un/una:Section Manager Nord Italia - HeatingResponsibilitiesSupportare il team commerciale nella fase di progettazione e pre sales per il canale dei progettisti e costruttori;Promuovere formazione sugli installatori e agenzie;Promuovere e definire la strategia del business heating e verificarne l'applicazione da parte del team e delle agenzie sul territorio nazionale;Monitorare e riportare l'andamento delle azioni pianificate, valutandone la coerenza con i risultati attesi;Affiancare il team nelle attività promozionali verso clienti, progettisti e agenzie, stimolandone la motivazione al raggiungimento dei target assegnati;Mantenere e diffondere tra gli stakeholder interni ed esterni un costante aggiornamento tecnico-normativo relativo al settore impiantistico di riferimento;Gestire un team di sales consultant.QualificationsComprovata conoscenza del settore heating (canale diretto e indiretto);Consolidata esperienza tecnica con una spiccata capacità relazionale / commerciale;Buone competenze nella gestione di team di vendita e nella definizione di obiettivi commerciali chiari e misurabili;Buona competenza della lingua inglese.Sesto San Giovanni, Lombardy, Italy#J-*****-Ljbffr
