About us Flutter, the world's largest online sports betting and iGaming group listed on the London and New York stock exchanges, is home to the Southern Europe Africa (SEA) region, featuring iconic brands like Sisal, Snai and PokerStars, a globally loved brand that embodies innovation and ambition, with high growth potential in a dynamic market.Your team: Generosity is the entire rewarding ecosystem that is aimed at stimulating engagement and therefore increasing retention, upselling and revenues, by delivering promotional monetary value (e.g. welcome bonuses, free bets, loyalty points) to our customers.The Generosity function oversees Strategy, Processes and Tools necessary for this goal, for all Flutter SEA brands and regions, covering an overall bonus spending in the hundreds of millions of Euros.Generosity Methodology is the core area of this function, and you'll be supported by two lead specialists with specific technical and quantitative expertise (to be hired).Your role: As a Generosity Methodology Manager, in the central Operations Department, you will be the maximum expert and person to go to across all Flutter SEA in order to correctly address generosity related strategies, processes, quantitative methods and tools.Brands directly own Generosity Initiatives and budgets, but it is you who will define the standards and guidelines on how to best enact a Generosity Corporate Strategy based on maximizing group level Customer Lifetime Value, overseeing the adoption of best practices, methodology standards and data driven decision making frameworks across all Brands' relevant teams (such as CVM, Acquisition, etc.).What you'll do: You will be involved in defining a central generosity strategy, with particular focus on quantitative methodologies, setting corporate standards and best practices for a data driven decision making validation framework relating to generosity measurement and optimization You will coordinate a team of 2 qualified people; You will be accountable as a high level top advisor in your functional area of expertise, providing the data driven decision framework to support top management in making strategic decisions pertaining Generosity You will be the Flutter SEA key member in the Flutter group world-wide Community of Practice on Generosity and Model Driven Generosity As main tasks and activities you will oversee, you will: Define the Overall generosity strategy creating new paradigms of Data Driven Decision Making, setting up KPI validation frameworks, key processes and tools across all Flutter SEA brands and countries Define and setup inferential statistics validation models for correct and significant measurement of uplift, marketing ROI and incremental financials due to generosity Identify Key Metrics in line with strategic goals defining measurement process guidelines and strategic data requirements for reporting tools Provide blueprints for group-approved best in class validation frameworks set up and application, consisting in calculation methodology, tool set up and delivery Partake in models (e.g. propensity, risk of churn) development which impact or are functional to a Model Driven Generosity Monitor trends, exploring literature, events and third party offerings to identify best practices and most effective quantitative methodologies Collaborate with Product – Martech teams to define key requisites and evaluation criteria for Martech solutions What you'll bring: at least 5 years of experience in similar technical role, with proven knowledge and expertise in data driven quantitative optimization processes and methodologies; Strong analytical mindset with a proven track record in performance monitoring, such as for example A-B Testing, uplift driven marketing strategy optimization and inferential Business Intelligence and reporting; Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, ideally proficient in other statistical optimization and BI tools such as Python or Power BI; Knowledge and experience of applied inferential statistics considered a plus; proficiency in English and Italian, both spoken and written; a proactive, flexible, collaborative and communicative approach; knowledge of how to manage people and how to work in team; knowledge of how to organize and plan activities in order to achieve your targets;
