The Casualty Claims Manager is responsible for managing casualty claims from initial notification through to settlement.This includes conducting investigations, assessing liability, confirming coverage, and evaluating damages.The role also involves handling subrogation claims and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient and accurate claims resolution.Key ResponsibilitiesManage casualty claims from opening to settlement, including investigation, liability assessment, coverage confirmation, and damage assessment.Oversee subrogation claims management processes.Liaise with surveyors and legal firms both nationally and internationally to facilitate claims resolution.Communicate effectively with brokers and insureds, providing high-quality service and strategic guidance.Maintain accurate and up-to-date claim files by consistently updating information as it is gathered.Collaborate with all other Chubb functions to ensure prompt and coordinated responses.Adhere to company best practices and guidelines in all aspects of claims management.Qualifications Knowledge & ExperienceFluent written and spoken English.Law or business economics degree.Knowledge of the main regulations.Negotiation skills and ability to anticipate critical issues.Problem-solving skills.Ability to work in a team.Integrity, professionalism, and resilience.Willingness to move to Madrid.#J-*****-Ljbffr
